Cake Mix Cookies

Funfetti Cookies

It’s almost the end of the school year and the hubs is starting to feel generous.  That means I will be baking a whole bunch of cookies for his students.  Aren’t we nice?

When I saw a recipe for possibly the easiest (and really cheap) cookies I had to give it a try.  I thought that if it worked that it would be a perfect thing to bake for the hubs’ students.  The recipe is from Peanut Butter Fingers.   Essentially it works with any boxed cake mix.  I’ve had a Spring Cake Mix waiting from my Easter basket along with some icing (thanks Mom-I mean Easter Bunny!)

Cake Mix Cookies (not official name from Peanut Butter Fingers)

1 Box Cake Mix

1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup water

1 egg

That’s all!  You just preheat the oven to 350 and stir all the ingredients together.  Pop them in the oven for 10 minutes and you have yourself a REALLY delicious cookie.  I’m looking forward to trying baking some for flavors for the students.  Right now…these have won the coveted place in my recipe book as my Go To Cookie.  YUMMMMM-O!
